We had a great day at Bake Wetland.  Thanks to everyone who helped.

 

We learned about:

  • Wetland animals and their Adaptations – Jon Boyd, Baker Wetlands Director
  • Amphibian and Reptile Demonstration – Stan Roth, Retired Lawrence High Biology Teacher
  • Function and Values of Wetlands – Roger Boyd, Wetlands Education Coordinator
  • Bird Banding Demo – Calvin Cink  Retired Baker Biology Department
  • Trails open for exploration – unguided
